Delivery Policy


All Blinds are finished by hand and are thoroughly tested and checked before being securely packaged and despatched by Courier to your delivery address provided on your order.

Delivery is normally on a next day delivery service by either DPD ,TNT or DX Freight Couriers.

All Blind deliveries will require the courier driver to obtain a signiture at your delivery address or a close neighbour with a card left by the Courier to ensure both safe delivery of your New Blinds.

Any damaged boxes or parcels must be clearly signed for as damaged when signing for the delivery with any damage being notified to us immediatly once the Blinds have been inspected.


If any unacceptable damage is found please email a photograph of the damage and indicate exactly what Blind is damaged so that a replacement can be manufactured and sent out as soon as possible to replace the Blind.
