With your Blinds being a made to measure product Blinds returns cannot be accepted for any reason unless the Blinds are supplied damaged by the Courier.
All Blinds are individually hand made to measure and are both securely packaged and thoroughly checked by hand prior to despatch,
Blinds are thoroughly checked and are not dispatched from the Factory in a damaged condition.
In the event of receiving a damaged box or Blind please sign for the delivery as 'damaged box' if the packaging is damaged in any way.
